Leveraging over two decades of multifaceted global expertise, I specialize in designing the structural blueprints that empower enterprise support organizations to thrive in complex markets. My approach is rooted in the belief that for innovation to be sustainable, it must be supported by robust, locally-relevant infrastructure. I have pioneered high-impact curricula for the Ghana Hubs Network, enabling 34 distinct hubs to pivot and transition into sustainable business models during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, I have partnered with AfriLabs the continent’s leading network of innovation centers—to engineer strategic innovation frameworks that serve their extensive pan-African membership body.
My commitment to ecosystem building is further demonstrated through hands-on technical consultancy. I led the comprehensive design and successful launch of two specialized innovation hubs in Tamale and Yendi, specifically tailored to unlock the entrepreneurial potential of Northern Ghana. This localized work complements my larger-scale institutional achievements, such as leading the strategic market entry for the E4 Impact Foundation, leading on marketing efforts to establish entrepreneurship programs across five universities in five distinct regions. I don’t just build individual ventures; I build the resilient engines and institutional frameworks that support them. By ensuring that global entities, regional hubs, and local innovation centers possess a solid architectural foundation, I foster a legacy of long-term, equitable prosperity and structural growth across the African continent.

The Ghana Hubs Network (GHN) unites and strengthens over 103 innovation hubs across the country, providing a shared platform for collaboration, capacity building, advocacy, and access to resources. We work with innovation hub founders, policymakers, and development partners to build a thriving innovation-driven economy for Ghana.
E4Impact Foundation

E4Impact is a social change organization that supports the start-up and growth of new businesses in Africa through MBAs, Entrepreneurship programs, business accelerators and economic development projects. It was launched in 2010 as initiative of ALTIS – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and in 2015 it became a Foundation thanks to the support of some leading Italian companies
