WHO AM I?

Ecosystem Architect & Institutional Program Consultant| Startup Mentor | Certified Investment Readiness Trainer | Innovation Strategist

I am a dedicated ecosystem builder and entrepreneur committed to driving social impact through technology. As the Co-Founder and CEO of iSpace Foundation, I empower startups and creators across Africa by providing the tools, mentorship, and community needed to scale. My mission is to bridge the gap between local talent and global opportunities.

With over two decades of experience across the UK, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Kenya, and Ghana, I navigate the intersection of technology, media, and concierge lifestyle management to foster innovation. My work focuses on dismantling systemic barriers for underrepresented founders through gender-lens investing and community-led support. By managing impact-driven funds and facilitating strategic partnerships with organizations like the World Bank, GIZ, and UNDP, I transform raw potential into investment-ready ventures.

I believe African ingenuity is the engine for global progress. As a Certified Investment Readiness Trainer and former IDIA Innovation Strategist, I provide the architectural blueprint for sustainable growth, ensuring entrepreneurs build legacies that drive equitable prosperity across the continent.

Core Values

Core values act as my strategic compass. I use them to build immediate trust with clients, align my coaching methodology with their purpose, and ensure every business decision drives meaningful, long-term impact.

Radical Inclusivity

I believe innovation knows no borders. My work is rooted in dismantling systemic barriers and ensuring that underrepresented founders, particularly women and youth have a seat at the table and the resources to lead.

Ecosystem Synergy

Success isn’t a solo sport. I prioritise the Power of the Hub, fostering deep-rooted collaborations between entrepreneurs, investors, and institutions to create a sustainable environment where everyone can thrive.

Purpose-Driven Profit

I advocate for the “Double Bottom Line.” I coach businesses to be both commercially viable and socially responsible, ensuring that every dollar earned contributes to the equitable prosperity of the African continent.

For Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), international agencies, and global foundations, the success of an initiative relies entirely on the strength of its structural design. Whether you are in the formative stages of scoping a new regional intervention or preparing to launch a flagship accelerator, execution requires deep, localized domain expertise.

I partner with senior program directors and managers across the continent to bridge the gap between institutional strategy and measurable on-the-ground impact. If you are currently designing a multi-stakeholder program, scaling a hub framework, or looking for an experienced technical lead, let’s collaborate. I am available to step in as your Lead Program Designer, Master Facilitator, or Fractional Program Director to ensure your next initiative is resilient, compliant, and architected for long-term venture sustainability.
